Our Infused Honey varieties are seasonally inspired, and have many delicious uses.
Summer 2024 features are Strawberry Limonade, and Summer Citrus. Both varieties make a delicious iced tea, bursting with the freshest flavors of the season. They also make great ice cream toppers, add them to your yogurt, toast, or serve them on a grazing board with our Honey Spiced Pecans, sure to be a crowd pleaser.

Our Infused Honey varieties are seasonally inspired, and make wonderful bases for teas as well as our signature "La-Teas". What's a La-Tea? It's our caffein free alternative to a traditional latte, made with our Infused Honey. See our recipe section for inspiration!
Infused Honey Iced Tea
Ingredients:
-2 TBSP Hot Water
1 TBSP EITHER Strawberry Limonade OR Summer Citrus Infused Honey
1.5 Cups Ice cold water.
Method:
Combine Infused honey variety of choice with the very hot water, stirring well to dissolve honey. Once well combined, stir in Ice cold water, and serve!
GINGERBREAD INFUSED HONEY LA-TEA
Ingredients:
-2 Shots Espresso
-1 heaping teaspoon Bristol Bee Gingerbread Infused Honey
1 1/4 Cups milk of choice (We love Oat milk)
Method:
Combine 1 Cup Milk with 1 heaping teaspoon of Bristol Bee Gingerbread Infused Honey, and warm in saucepan over medium low heat. Froth remaining 1/4 cup milk. Combine Espresso with Gingerbread Honey/ Milk mixture in your mug, and top with frothed milk and a dash of cinnamon. Enjoy!
GINGER TURMERIC INFUSED HONEY LA-TEA
Ingredients:
-1 Tablespoon Bristol Bee Ginger Turmeric Infused Honey
-1 Cup Boiling water
-1/4 Cup frothed milk of choice
Method:
Combine Bristol Bee Ginger Turmeric Infused Honey with freshly boiled water, and stir well to combine. Top with frothed milk. Don't have a frother? That's ok! It's delicious without milk, or with milk stirred right in. Either way, we're sure you'll love it!
GINGER TURMERIC INFUSED HONEY LA-TEA WITH ESPRESSO
Ingredients:
-1 Tablespoon Bristol Bee Ginger Turmeric Infused Honey
-1 Shot Espresso
-1 Cup Boiling water
-1/4 Cup frothed milk of choice (We love Oat Milk)

PUMPKIN PIE LA-TEA
Ingredients:
1.5 Cups hot water
1 heaping teaspoon Bristol Bee Pumpkin Pie Infused Honey
Milk or cream of choice
Whipped Cream
Cinnamon (for sprinkling)
In your favorite mug, stir 1 heaping teaspoon of Pumpkin Pie Infused honey into 1.5 cups of hot water. Add milk or cream of your choice if desired. Stir well to combine. Top with whipped cream, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
